These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by A28 (“we”, “us”, “our”) including web development, SEO, UI/UX design, digital consulting, analytics, and website management services.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Custom web applications
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • UI/UX design
  • Digital consulting
  • Analytics & tracking setup
  • Website maintenance and management

Each project is defined by a specific scope agreed in writing (proposal, email, or contract).

2. Project Scope

All services are delivered strictly within the agreed scope.

Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be treated as:

  • Additional work (billable separately), or
  • A new project

We are not obligated to deliver features or changes that were not included in the initial agreement.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be defined per project or invoice.
  • We may require upfront deposits before starting work (typically 30%–50%).
  • Final delivery may be withheld until full payment is received.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

4. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Web design projects include a limited number of revisions.
  • SEO and consulting services include agreed review cycles only.
  • Additional revisions outside scope may incur extra charges.

5. SEO Services Disclaimer

For SEO services:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, or traffic results.
  • SEO outcomes depend on multiple external factors (competition, algorithms, content, etc.).
  • We commit to best practices and continuous optimization.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary content, materials, and access on time
  • Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner

Delays in client feedback may affect project timelines.

7. Timelines & Delays

Project timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late client feedback or approvals
  • Missing content or assets
  • Third-party services (hosting, APIs, plugins)
  • Unexpected technical limitations

8. Website Hosting & Maintenance

Unless explicitly included:

  • Hosting, domain registration, and third-party services are not included in base development cost.
  • Maintenance and updates are provided only if agreed in a separate plan or contract.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The client owns the final delivered website/design/code (unless otherwise agreed).
  • We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted.

We may reuse non-sensitive techniques, components, or frameworks in other projects.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

  • Failures or changes in third-party services (e.g. Google, hosting providers, APIs)
  • Plugin or external tool updates that affect functionality
  • External service pricing or availability changes

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profit, or data
  • Downtime caused by hosting or third-party providers
  • SEO ranking fluctuations
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
  • If a project is canceled by the client, payment is due for work completed up to that point.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a project due to lack of communication or non-payment.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
